How do I become a seller?
    A :

    If you would like to become a seller on OWN8PM,


     


    You will need to speak fluent Korean as OWN8PM's vast majority of customers are Korean. Please be advised that the usage of the Korean language is not an optional choice, but mandatory.


    There are also documents that are required in order to become a OWN8PM seller; we would need your business license(사업자 등록증), the declaration of online marketing business licence(통신판매업 신고증), and your certificate of personal seal impression.

I want to re-register with the same ID after closing my account.
    A :

    Once your account has been deactivated, you are unable to re-register with the same OWN8PM ID.

    If you would like to re-register, you must wait two months and register with a new OWN8PM ID.

How can I change my personal information on OWN8PM?
    A :

    As Gmarket ID cannot be changed since it is made, all the other personal information from Gmarket account, you can change some personal information checked from the page linked  below.

    - Email address


    - Password


    - Contact numbers


    - Gender, Date of Birth and Nationality

    Type in your registered email address and click onto 'Submit' button. It can take up to 10 minutes until you receive a confirmation mail depending on the server condition.

    You need to send a serial code to your registered email address first.
