Seller sent me a wrong item.

If the item is incorrectly delivered, the compensation can be made after confirming with the seller / own8pm / delivery company.

- Photo of the item as you have received it from the box

- Photo of the bar code labels attached on the boxes

  (The label attached has transaction number, number of items and name of the item)

- Photo of EMS label

- Photo of item box or package which shows packing condition
