How do I return or exchange an item?
The return / exchange processes are different for domestic and international delivery
For domestic deliveries,
1. The refund/exchanges are only available within 7 days after receiving the item.
▶ My Account > Order History > Click Request return/exchange
2. The round trip delivery fee will apply unless the item delivered is incorrect or defective.
3. Opened items may not be eligible for return/exchange.
4. Household Appliances, edibles, furnitures, direct import items, CD/DVD/Books may not be eligible for return/exchange
due to the item’s speciality. The return/exchange is only available after consulting with the seller.
For international deliveries,
1. The return/exchange is not possible unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
2. In cases of defective or incorrect delivery
Please contact our customer service center with the following photos :
- Photo of the item as you have received it from the box
- Photo of the bar code labels attached on the boxes
(The label attached has transaction number, number of items and name of the item)
- Photo of EMS label
