What is duty(import tax)?
    A :

    *Custom import tax

     

    The import tax is applied upon the items going through the Customs.

     

    The tax is a system to protect domestic industry and economy.

     

    For domestic (South Korea) residents importing item from overseas with the prices over 150 USD

    (fees include product fee + delivery fee + insurance fee), the import tax is levied.

     

    Normally for standard clothing, import tax of 13% and additional tax of 10% needs to be paid for the item to pass through Customs.

     

    Example) For purchased clothing

    Custom import fee: Total purchase price X 13%

    Additional tax: (Total purchase price + Import fee) X 10%

Notice for customs (International Shopping)
    A :

    For international shipping, depending on the country’s Customs, the Custom tax may occur.

    Please be noted that the tax incurred from the Customs will need to be paid by the customer who have ordered the item.

     

    For more details, please contact the Custom of the country you are residing in.

Cancellation
My orders got cancelled automatically.
    A :

    My orders got cancelled automatically. (in regard to the orders made by PayPal)


    When you try to make a purchase with PayPal, some issue could occur temporarily within your PayPal account when processing a transaction due to the unstable connection between PayPal and own8pm transaction.


     


    Cancellation can be caused due to your Hardware Compatibility issue or an error during the process of PayPal-own8pm  transaction.


     


    In this case, since such temporary issue occurs while it is processing the transaction, payment may not be successful, which means that there would be no money actually paid to any transaction.


     


    So, please try make a new purchase after a few minutes.


     


    (However, if the payment failure/cancellation by PayPal keeps on happening, then the situation can be in a different issue. So then you can contact us by leaving an inquiry on Rosa de sharon site for detailed information.

Why were my orders cancelled without any notification? (in regard to the orders that were made by credit card or PayPal)
    A :

    If you tried to make a purchase with credit card or PayPal that has not been verified from our side, your orders can get inevitably cancelled and refunded automatically.


     


    For your shopping on own8pm  without any problem, you need to get your payment method verified.


     


    So please send an email to the email address below with some required informations (your name, own8pm  ID and your contact number).

I want to know information about refund for every payment method.
    A :

    Information about refund for each payment method is stated below.




    1. Credit card


     - The amount paid with credit card issued in Korea will be made back to the card within 3-5 business days.


    - The amount paid with credit card issued in overseas country will be made back to the card within 7-15 business days.


    - The credit card refund can be checked within the same month or from the next month’s credit card statement for some cases. (Please contact your credit card issuer to learn about the refund amount once the refund process is completed from our system.)


     


    2. PayPal


    The refunded amount will be checked within 20-30 business days.

Notice for exchange, return and refund
    A :

    * Requesting for an exchange is available only for those who live in Korea; who had the shipping domestically and have the item still in Korea.


     


    The delivery status shown as 'Preparing for shipment' can be seen either when the item has not been sent out yet or when the delivery has just started.


     


    However, if you see the 'Return'/'Exchange' button right next to the delivery status, it could mean that the seller has just dispatched the item, which means that there could be a delivery fee if you are to make a return or an exchange request.


     


    In order to make a return or an exchange, please follow the steps below.


    ▶ My Account > Order History and click on the 'Return'/'Exchange' button.


    1. You need to make an exchange request within 7 days from the date you received the item.


     


    2. Delivery fee for exchange will be required unless the item delivered is defective/damaged or incorrect.


    Exceptionally, once you open the box which has value of commodities by itself, exchange could be difficult.


     


    3. Household Appliances, edibles, furnitures, direct import items, CD/DVD/Books may not be eligible for return/exchange due to the item’s speciality. You need to contact the seller first before making the request of return/exchange.

How do I return or exchange an item?
    A :

    The return / exchange processes are different for domestic and international delivery


     


    For domestic deliveries,


     


    1. The refund/exchanges are only available within 7 days after receiving the item.


      ▶ My Account > Order History > Click Request return/exchange


    2. The round trip delivery fee will apply unless the item delivered is incorrect or defective.


    3. Opened items may not be eligible for return/exchange.


    4. Household Appliances, edibles, furnitures, direct import items, CD/DVD/Books may not be eligible for return/exchange


        due to the item’s speciality. The return/exchange is only available after consulting with the seller.


     


    For international deliveries,


     


    1. The return/exchange is not possible unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.


    2. In cases of defective or incorrect delivery


     


    Please contact our customer service center with the following photos :


    - Photo of the item as you have received it from the box


    - Photo of the bar code labels attached on the boxes


      (The label attached has transaction number, number of items and name of the item)


    - Photo of EMS label

Cancellation
How can I cancel an order?
    A :

    You can request for cancellation of an order which is in the statuses as 'Require payment', 'Waiting for Payment', 'Payment Completed', 'Not yet Shipped' or 'Preparing for shipment'.


     


    For your reference, until the 'Not yet Shipped' status, you may be able to get a prompt refund as soon as cancellation request is confirmed.


     


    However, once the seller of the item checks the order in their system which can show with the 'Preparing for shipment' delivery status, then you may need to be in contact with the seller to complete the cancellation request as there could be a chance for the item to has already been dispatched which would require you to pay for delivery fee for a return.


    In order to make a cancellation, please follow the steps below.


    ▶ My Account > Order History and click on the 'Cancel' button.

Seller sent me a wrong item.
    A :

    If the item is incorrectly delivered, the compensation can be made after confirming with the seller / OWN8PM / delivery company.


     


    Please contact our customer service center with the following photos


     


    - Photo of the item as you have received it from the box


    - Photo of the bar code labels attached on the boxes


      (The label attached has transaction number, number of items and name of the item)


    - Photo of EMS label


    - Photo of item box or package which shows packing condition

Shipping
Can I have the address for delivery changed after I complete payment?
    A :

    You are able to change the detailed delivery address of an order excluding Country and Email address on your own on the page only when the delivery status is 'Payment completed' whose status is right before the one seen as Preparing for Shipment.


     


    (It means that you are no longer allowed to edit the delivery information once the delivery status is changed to Preparing for shipment.)


     


    Please follow the steps to see the delivery status of your purchased order.


    ▶ My Account > Order History > Orders


    * You can also contact OWN8PM Customer Service to have the address changed if only not all the orders' statuses have reached to 'Arrival at warehouse'.

My item hasn''t arrived yet, and how long will it take?
    A :

    For the worldwide shipping procedure and duration, please refer to the details below:


     


    1. Once the payment is completed, item arrives to the warehouse within 2~5 business days.


     


    2. Once the items complete domestic shipping, confirmation and classification is processed, it generally takes 1~2 business days. (If the status of your shipment does not change after 1~2 business days from domestic delivery completed date, please contact us)


     


    3. Once the classification is complete, items will be packed in one shipment, which generally takes 1~2 business days.


     


    4. If international shipping fee payment is complete without any trouble, the parcel will be moved to the delivery company(EMS/SF) for worldwide shipping.


     


    5. Once the parcel gets transferred to the delivery company, international shipping will be started within 1~2 business days.


     


    6. Once the item ship out internationally, delivery will be completed within 3~7 business days.


     


    Please be advised that the delay may occurred depending on the customs department of each country.


     


    ※ Since we combine multiple seller's items within one shipment for international delivery, please reference the dates above as an estimate consideration. Especially if you need the items to be delivered before a specific date since we do not offer 'set date delivery'.

How does it proceed Korea domestic shipping process?
    A :

    For the domestic shipping, once the seller confirms your order,


    it generally takes 2~5 business days for delivery to complete.


    Please be advised that the duration may vary depending on the item.


    (Electronic products: 7~10 days, Furniture: 7~15 days, product from overseas: 10~20 days)

Why does it get delayed?
    A :

    Here are the reasons for the delay in delivery.


     


    1. Seller's delay in delivery due to stock issues / domestic delivery delays from the seller / delays due to seller's vacation, etc.


     


    2. Delay due to domestic delivery company (due to weather, overwhelming number of delivery, etc.)


     


    3. Warehouse not being able to identify the item, item lost, or unable to proceed to international delivery


        due to additional shipping cost payment not made yet.


     


    4. Custom inspection

Shipping
How does combining international shipments work?
    A :


    Combining shipments is available to be applied only if the delivery status of at least one of purchased orders includes 'Preparing for shipment' or 'Shipped to warehouse', where not all the items in your shipment has been confirmed at the warehouse.


     


    Even though you ordered items from several sellers, you can apply for combining shipments under the conditions if met.


     


    ※ Conditions for combining shipments:


     

    1. All the delivery information of the shipments that you would like to combine must be the same.


    - The content including upper and lower case letters as well as digits or punctuation of the addresses and contact numbers should be exactly the same.


    - Total quantities of products in a shipment should not exceed 30, and the weight of a shipment should be under 30kg when more than two shipments are combined.


     


    2. Applying ‘Combine International Shipping service’ can be done only once and you cannot return it to the original condition once shipments are combined.


    - Once payment for orders is completed, you are no longer allowed to add more items to the existing shipment. So if you want more items to be delivered together, you are able to request for newly purchased orders to be combined with the originally purchased ones.


     


    3. The shipments that are going to be combined together should have been requested via the same delivery services.


    - However, if you are planning to make orders that are to be shipped to China through SF Express, you are not allowed to have a bundle of items by the local custom regulations, which can also affect when you wish to combine shipments.


     


    4. When all the items arrive at the warehouse of ROSA DE SHARON located in Korea and get confirmed completely, it is not available for combining shipments to be applied.


     


    ※ Please be noted that combining international shipments can only be done ONCE and can not be restored.

How does it proceed International Shipping process?
    A :


    International shipping is processed as it referred below:


    Once the seller ship out the item to the own8pm  warehouse, the warehouse classifies them then the international shipping is made by the delivery company such as EMS or SF express.


     


    [Procedure for international shipping]


     


    1. Payment completed : domestic delivery requested


    2. Planning to delivery: when the seller confirms the order (change in option or cancellation is available before the items get dispatched)


    3. On delivery: domestic shipping to warehouse (domestic delivery generally takes 2~5 business days)


    4. Delivery completed: Warehouse confirms and calculates the weight, they will dispatch the parcel internationally


        within 1~3 business days. (If there is no extra shipping fee required)


    5. On worldwide shipping: Warehouse ship out the item internationally and the tracking is available.


       (International shipping generally takes 3~7 business days)


    6. Worldwide shipping completed: item arrived.
