48 Account What is Point?

A :

Point is a point which can be saved through purchasing and events on OWN8PM.

You can use your points by joining for some events and exchanging them into some coupons.

point is available for 2 years from the deposited date and the earned points by event will be expired on the due date according to the event rule.

47 Account How do I use points?

A :

To purchase orders with points.

You may do so by using the 'Apply' button after selecting smile cash as the payment method from the payment page.

If the smile cash is less than the required amount, additional payment can be made with other payment methods.

(Credit card, Online banking, PayPal, Alipay).

If the coupon for a specific payment has been applied, then the smile cash will not be displayed since it cannot be used.

What are the payment methods available?

1. Credit Card issued in overseas

- Visa, Master, UnionPay, JCB, AMEX

2. Credit card issued in Korea / Debit Card

3. PayPal

- PayPal : Available on both Gmarket English site and Chinese site.

For some customers that may be curious about AliPay, please be advised that this payment method is available on Gmarket Chinese site only.

4. Wire Transfer(Gmarket Private Account) / Smile Cash

- Wire Transfer : You need to make a deposit to Gaccount of your own after placing an order with this payment option.

- Smile Cash : Smile Cash is the cash amount which can be checked from Gaccount. If you have some amount in your Gaccount, you can use the amount when paying for an order.

45 Payment What is ISP(Internet Secure Payment) service of credit card?

A :

ISP is the system for Internet Secure Payment provided by KB, BC card and the debit card by Jeochuk bank.

ISP needs to be downladed only once.

*For payment exceeded 300 USD, you will be required for verification via bank certificate file (공인인증서)
